St. Simons Island Wedding : Sarah & Randy

Sarah & I met about 4 years ago playing tennis. We’ve kept in touch over the years, and when she told me she had found the man of her dreams I was so excited for her!  When she asked me to photograph her wedding on St. Simons Island, I was ecstatic!  I love the beach, it’s one of my favorite places on earth.  Sarah booked one of the most beautiful properties on the island for her wedding, Villa de Suenos!

Red cowboy boots under a wedding dress?  Yes, please!
Sarah was so excited!
SO beautiful!
Just a little nervous before the ceremony…
…and then she saw Randy!  All the nerves went away!
This is why Villa de Suenos is the most beautiful property on the island.  Heaven…pure heaven!
The Lighthouse on St. Simons is a perfect spot for a picture!
The beaches aren’t too shabby either!
Sunset was divine!
The moon was unreal that night!
So romantic!
Ice luge!
The perfect setting for a reception!  Mason Waters & the Groove All Stars kept the crown dancing all night long!
Cutting the cake!  Little Cake Bakery made some delicious cupcakes for Sarah & Randy’s guests, and Piece of Cake Bakery made the red velvet cake they cut!
Off to Mexico!

St. Simons Island Wedding : Crystal & Andrew

Crystal & Andrew tied the knot last weekend at the Sea Palms Resort in St. Simons Island, GA.  We drove out on Friday afternoon and spend the weekend celebrating with them.  The weather was perfect, the couple was beautiful, and the images, well, see for yourself!

Crystal’s florist, Mystical Gardens created her bouquet of White Tulips, Parrot Tulips, and Cymbidium Orchids.  It was beautiful!
This is Crystal’s Nephew, Anderson. He was the ring bearer, and pretty darn cute if I do say so myself!
Avenue of Oaks was the perfect location for their “first look”. Rows of old oak trees filled with Spanish moss!
Cathedral length veil + Beach wind = Awesome shot!
After Avenue of Oaks, we went to the grounds of Epworth by the Sea for a few pics.
Handsome groom!
Last but not least, we headed out to the beach for some pictures with the ocean!
Bling!
Back at the Sea Palms for the ceremony and reception!
Right after they lit their unity candle, the wind picked up and almost blew Crystal’s veil off!
Married!
They cut their cake with Andrew’s parent’s cake server! Isn’t it beautiful?
Bobby Moore and the Rhythm Aces, played the perfect mix of everything and made sure that everyone had a blast!
Sunset at the beach, there isn’t anything better.
