I met Lisa & Stuart last year at Sarah & Randy’s Wedding on St. Simon’s Island. In fact, I was there when Stuart proposed to Lisa on top of the St. Simon’s Lighthouse! Check out a few of my favorite images from their beautiful December Wedding!Lisa got ready in the bridal suite at The Cathedral of Christ the King. Such a beautiful room!Sometimes it takes an army to get into a wedding dress!I think Christ the King has one of the most beautiful organs in the City of Atlanta!Such a beautiful church!Lisa & Stuart incorporated several Filipino traditions in their Catholic service! Husband and Wife!Lisa’s GORGEOUS bouquet was made by Betina at Riverdale Floral Boutique. While we took pictures, I couldn’t keep the Lady Bugs off of Lisa’s dress! Good luck for everyone!The reception was as the Piedmont Room, so we headed out into Piedmont Park during cocktail hour for some pictures with the skyline!We lucked out and got to use one of the horse drawn carriages for a few shots!There was a carousel set up outside of the Piedmont Room and they were nice enough to let us on for a ride!Stuart, having some fun!And if a carousel wasn’t cool enough, I convinced the manager of the Ice Rink at the Park Tavern to let us on the ice for a few shots!It was cold on the ice, but SO worth it!Eileen Carter made Lisa & Stuart’s BEAUTIFUL cake! Cake Smash!Lisa played a little trick on Stuart! She blindfolded him and, had the best man hike up his pant leg & threw her dress over so Stuart got a little shock before taking the garter off.Night shots in Piedmont Park!L.O.V.E. the skyline at night!Off to the Philippines for their honeymoon!

The end of this year I have had absolutely amazing weddings! Ever since their Engagement Session a few months ago, I had been looking forward to Laura & Jason’s Wedding. We started the day at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center. The architecture of this place is absolutely breathtaking! I could shoot here every weekend and never get enough!Oh. My. God! So gorgeous! The necklace Laura wore was given to her Grandmother by her Grandfather! I love little touches like that!Callanwolde has some awesome getting ready space! Loved Laura’s silver shoes! This just might be my favorite shoe shot of the year.Jason wrote Laura a very sweet note! I think I cried a little when Laura started to tear up reading it!Sometimes it takes an army to get into a wedding dress!Laura was so happy when she was finally in her dress! That face says it all!Man these two are photogenic!“First Look” time! I think Jason liked Laura’s dress!After a few tears & lots of kisses we were off to explore the grounds of Callanwolde for some awesome portraits!Oh this window! I love it so much! This is probably my favorite image from the day!The girls wanted to do a version of the Bridesmaids movie poster. I think this turned out so cute!Joy Thigpen designed Laura’s amazing bouquet! I love all the different textures & flowers she used! The ceremony was held at Decatur First United Methodist Chapel. This church is stunning and has some amazing history! Such a happy couple!Laura & Jason had their own beer brewed for the wedding! I didn’t try it, but I heard it was AMAZING!Instead of doing a traditional wedding cake, they opted to do a cake bar instead! Super cute!Christmas lights outside Callanwolde were gorgeous!Love that there were fires in each of the fireplaces in the house!Bubble exit! Happy Honeymoon Guys!

Atlanta Wedding Photography : Rachel & Daniel

I have been anxiously awaiting Rachel & Daniel’s wedding since their engagement session back in September. The connection that these two have is awe inspiring. They are so in love and when you are around them, you can feel it radiate! I am so honored that they let me be a part of their beautiful wedding! Rachel got ready in the bride’s room at 550 Trackside. O. M. G! Rachel’s dress was amazing & she looked absolutely stunning in it! I am in LOVE with the dresses Rachel picked out for her bridesmaids from Anthropology! That’s a good looking group of guys!Rachel & Daniel each wrote a note for the other to read before the ceremony. I was lucky to be able to get both of their expressions as they saw each other for the first time walking down the aisle. Swoon!The ceremony was held at Snellville United Methodist Church. The sanctuary is amazing!Rachel & Daniel had foot washing as a part of their ceremony. I really like that they decided to incorporate so much of their faith into their wedding!Just before the end of the ceremony, the wedding party and Rachel & Daniel’s immediate family all came up onto the alter to pray over the couple.After a few family photos, we were off to 550 Trackside for the reception!Such an amazing couple!So in love! Their first dance was so emotional!550 Trackside is an amazing location! So Pretty!Yes, the shoe game! I absolutely love this game at receptions! It provides a little insight into the couple and LOADS of laughs!Sparkler exit! Happy Honeymoon!

When past clients refer me, my heart swells! I am so glad Hannah & John sent Mary & Tyler my way! We started & ended the day at St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church in McDonough, GA. Mary & Tyler had a beautiful wedding, and I’m so exited to share these amazing images!Mary’s dress & bouquet were just perfect!I love doing “First Looks”! It allows for some very special moments you just couldn’t’ get during the ceremony!Tyler was so happy to see his beautiful bride!Gorgeous light!Mary was just stunning! So beautiful!Happy Couple!Mary’s Daddy giving her away! Such a sweet moment!St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church has a very pretty sanctuary!Pretty rings!Mr. & Mrs.!I don’t know why, but I love koozies as wedding favors!I love sparkler exits!Mary had the idea to do a “Brady Bunch” style funny photo with the wedding party. This is what I came up with. I think it turned out really cute! What do you think?

Kyndal & Jamie’s wedding makes my heart full! I love these guys so much and their wedding was perfect in every way! We started the day at Lawrenceville First Baptist Church for the ceremony. These are just a few of my favorite images from their amazing wedding! The morning of the wedding, Jamie gave Kyndal her “Something Blue”!Kyndal is SO beautiful! She practically glowed all day!The sanctuary of Lawrenceville First Baptist, is so gorgeous!Two of my absolute favorite images! Outside the church, they have one of the old bells on display. Of course we had to ring it in celebration!Kyndal had “TYFBY” engraved in Jamie’s ring. It stands for “Thank You For Being You”. Melt my heart!After the ceremony, we walked the 2 blocks to the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse for the reception.Custom cups for the reception! How cute are those!First Dance!Party time! I’ve never seen a dance floor stay so packed all night long!

Kalyn wanted something different for her engagement photos, and when she sent me a few pictures of this property, I was sold! The old house with the water wheel, the old car, and the rocks made for a perfect fall location!I love all the texture this old shed had!Such an awesome old car!Couples that can make each other laugh are the best!The rocks & water on the property were perfect! I can’t get over how pretty it was there with the changing leaves!This old tractor was HUGE!
